Today is a "lazy day", because it is our last day in St. Peter Claver.

Inner courtyard of our accommodation
After morning mass and breakfast, we start a bit of packing, followed by our second round of reflection. Once again, we share our thoughts and wishes and come to the conclusion that everyone feels comfortable in our group and that we value every moment that we have experienced and will experience together.
Afterward, we have a short lesson in Swahili - we learn greetings, fruits and parts of the body (or at least we try to).
We have lunch today in the Jesuit community, but the food is no less delicious. Exhausted from the last few days, we take a relaxed lunch break - some of us sleep while others listen to music or pass the time on their own.
Later, we go to the House Competitions, mainly to say goodbye to all the wonderful people who simply made us feel welcome and part of the community. A few shared photos, hugs and silliness later, we have to return to the community, where we have dinner, still with the kind of depressing feeling of saying goodbye.

Afterward, we spend the time as usual playing, talking and fooling around until our exchange partners have to go back to their dormitories.
We sit outside for a while and enjoy the coolness of the evening while we say goodbye to the school. Then everyone goes back to their rooms, packs up the last of their things and finally goes to sleep.
PS: here you can see a python that was caught on the school grounds of St. Peter Claver a few years ago :O
